• Advice on site design and location to maximise chances of success at the planning stage.
• Reviews of local and national policies relevant to individual proposals.
• Consultation with LPAs. Local Councils, MPs, Local Interest Groups etc.
• Submission of Planning Applications using either full planning or permitted development depending on the design and location of the proposals.
  

VALUATION

• Rob Sinclair is a Registered Valuer and has significant recent experience in respect of the valuation of telecoms sites, particularly in respect of recent changes to the valuation processes following the passing of the Digital Economy Act 2017.
• In addition to pure residential valuation work, the company has also had significant involvement in the inspection and valuation of compensation rights for electricity equipment on residential property.
