Sinclair Dalby is based in Bath, but acts for telecoms operators, tower companies, developers and their advisors on instructions across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Travel to site visits, LPA meetings and operator offices is built into how we work — we'd far rather meet a complex situation in person than try to resolve it remotely.
When you get in touch, it helps if you can share the basics up front: which sector the project sits in (telecoms or renewables), the type of instruction you're looking for (site acquisition, lease or rent renewal, planning, mediation or valuation), the rough location, and any deadlines or upcoming hearing / submission dates. With that detail we can usually come back the same working day with practical next steps and a clear view of fees.

Yes. Although our office is in Bath, we act for clients on telecoms and renewable energy projects across the UK. Travel to site, LPA meetings and operator offices is part of our normal way of working.
